Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs credited.
The costs for returning your product from home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@fire-art.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return if the product is already in good order received back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products specially made for you in order. The sale of these products is final after successful payment.
